FormPipe Software reinforces its position as the leading supplier to the Swedish public sector.

FormPipe Software’s products are available through the new framework agreement, “E-administration support services”*. FormPipe Software is a sub-contractor to five of the six main contractors who have signed framework agreements with Kammarkollegiet. The framework agreement is to run for four years, with an option to extend for one additional year.

“The framework agreement ‘Information Support 2005’, which expired in January 2010 played a key role in the successes FormPipe has built up within the public sector in Sweden. We think that, in the long term, the new agreement may prove to be at least as significant. Through the new agreement, the public sector is encouraged to purchase software as a service (The Cloud, Software as a Service, etc.) and we consider this revenue model – that consists exclusively of repetitive income – to be both more predictable and more profitable for us,” explains Christian Sundin, CEO of FormPipe Software.

“The fact that five of the six main suppliers under the agreement are our partners proves that our reorganisation to sales through partners is functioning extremely well.

“The switch from the ‘Information Support’ agreement to the ‘E-administration support services’ created some uncertainty among our customers in 2010. It should now be possible to eliminate this uncertainty in a manner advantageous to FormPipe. The agreement cements FormPipe’s position as the leading supplier of ECM software to the public sector for years to come,” concludes Christian Sundin.
