The University of Gothenburg is placing an order for the FormPipe Software e-recruiting module in a deal valued at SEK 1.3 million. With the new IT support, the University of Gothenburg expects to achieve more secure, simpler and more efficient processing of its recruiting assignments and to obtain a holistic overview of all employment tasks.

Earlier this year, the University of Gothenburg signed an agreement for FormPipe W3D3 for document and case management, and the university has now chosen to move up to the next level and purchase licences for the e-recruiting module.

“We can see that an increasing number of companies and organisations are investing more and more resources in building up an efficient, uniform system for information management. Optimising the recruiting process has become a key issue for all organisations. The FormPipe e-recruiting module provides major benefits by automating and improving the efficiency of the administration process, and it raises the quality of recruiting procedures,” explains Christian Sundin, CEO of FormPipe Software.

“The University of Gothenburg is one of the largest universities in Northern Europe and employs more than 5,000 people. We are convinced that introducing IT support for our recruiting process will pay dividends for us. In the world of higher education, there are naturally a great many types of short-term employment – postgraduate appointments, for example. This reinforces the need to be able to work with recruiting and employment in a uniform and structured manner,” says Anders Granberg, Administrative Director at the University Management Secretariat.

Around half of the universities and colleges in Sweden currently use FormPipe Software’s ECM products for case and document management, which makes the company the leading supplier within this segment.
