Formpipe receives a contract from a US Life Science company, the total order value amounts to approximately SEK 1 million over three years.

The contract with a leading global fertility organization, headquartered in the US, regards the use of Formpipe’s X-train product to manage training documentation.  The use of X-train will help the company quickly deploy training management and allow for ease in maintaining a quality training environment globally.

Of the total order value, license revenues of SEK 0.4 million are recorded in the third quarter, while associate revenue will be allocated throughout the contract period.

The product suite (X-docs™, X-train™ and X-forms™) utilises much of the basic functionality offered by SharePoint particularly around the basic data model, versioning, access control and management of the audit trail. On top of this functionality there is a set of configurable features to provide a comprehensive platform to enable small and midsize Life Science companies to meet the compliance standards required by the agencies.
