More than 500 organizations from municipalities, counties and regions are able to place order on Long-Term Archive by FormPipe under this framework agreement.
“We are very happy to enter this agreement with the Stockholm County Council Archives. We believe that this deal has the potential to grow with the customer's growing need to preserve an ever increasing amount of digital information”, says Christian Sundin, CEO of Formpipe.
“By creating a long-term, future-proof setup for digital preservation, we can effectively make archived information available and meet future needs. This includes a modern and efficient system that supports a lifecycle approach to information and operating processes”, says Enes Ramovic, Head of the County Archives.
The County Archives currently has a proprietary platform for archiving medical records. During the years 2016-2017 the county archive intends to secure the preservation of information from case management system / official records, financial systems and HR systems, and to streamline the process of transferring information from the medical records system to the archiving system.
The new archive will create opportunities preserve information from more data sources, with higher quality. This opens possibilities for citizens, authorities in the County and for the scientific community to search in large amounts of structured information, but also for new innovative solutions for information management, e-services and e-health.
