Formpipe Life Science will be hosting its annual User Group event on 21st September, following the success of the 2017 event. This year’s gathering of industry professionals has expanded beyond Platina and X-docs user communities to also include life science users of Long Term Archiving (LTA) and Lasernet software.

The gathering will provide an ideal environment for attendees to expand their knowledge and network with like-minded professionals. Guests will take part in focused discussions centred around their respective user community, gain insights on the life science industry from experts in the field, and learn about Formpipe’s recent product developments and plans for the next 12 months.

Looking forward to the event, Ben Saxton, head of sales at Formpipe Life Science, commented: “The User Group event is something we look forward to every year. It provides a great opportunity for some insightful discussion with peers from a range of different communities and allows us to develop a cross-product user community. The addition of life science users of LTA and Lasernet has allowed us to expand this community even more, and I am positive the event will once again create some fascinating and engaging discussions.”

The event will take place at One Birdcage Walk, the home of the inspiring Institute of Mechanical Engineers, which was purposefully chosen due to the atmosphere which promotes discussion and learning, as well as serves as the ideal location for international guests with it being a short distance from the Palace of Westminster. Attendees will also benefit from the opportunity to participate in social gatherings, such as a boat trip down the River Thames and drinks at The Shard.
