Thanks to the accompanying application FormPipe Platina Process Builder, it is easy for users to map all the company’s processes using a drag and drop method – just like a standard drawing program. The application also supports the option of including sub-processes and links between them.
The process engine supports both synchronous and asynchronous processes and is built to include advanced scalability. The framework supports all communication between client and server, and facilitates the development of new applications. FormPipe Platina Object Browser is an add-in that provides close integration with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. With FormPipe Platina Object Browser, users can save files to Platina directly from Microsoft Word, for example, and can also use programs in the Microsoft Office suite to open documents saved in Platina.
