TAP is a well-structured, modern, flexible business system for business process management based on service oriented architecture (SOA). TAP is configurable and built upon a standard platform, which allows for a fast and secure implementation process.
TAP has a large number of standard functions and components, which we set up to support your organisation’s individual requirements, work processes and business rules. We can also add specially developed components to the solution, which can be used in conjunction with existing systems.
TAP is scalable and can be implemented in both large and small organisations. The system uses and builds upon the latest technology from Microsoft and is an open system that can be integrated with other solutions.
TAP services a range of different types of user who can access the system in different ways:
Employee portal: In the employee portal the individual employee gets an overview over – and access to – their own cases and tasks, along with a view of relevant statistics. For the majority of employees it will be the access point to participate in workflows, which are set up in the system.
Smart Client: Our Smart Client is designed for the very experienced or expert users who require access to the majority of the system’s functions. Smart Client can be used in conjunction with Microsoft Office.
Administration module: In the Administration Module we define the solution’s users, profiles and configurations, including business model, workflow business rules etc. This module is designed for the system’s super-users.
Solution components (services)
TAP contains a range of standard business services that we configure to support both simple and complex business processes and the rules that your company adheres to. In addition to the standard components described below, we develop new services, which the organisation may need and integrate them in the system’s existing business processes.
Form service: TAP provides an extremely flexible form solution, using Microsoft InfoPath designed forms for dealing with form-based applications. The solution ensures validation and quality in connection with the reception of an application and automatically deals with case set-up and journal writing. The forms can be changed during use, for example by adding new fields or changing layout.
Case service: The system covers complete case solutions so that forms or other documents can be saved in cases set up by the case service. The cases can then enter automated processes where they undergo further validation, calculations and additions of data. They can also be part of manual tasks, where cases are undertaken by a caseworker.
Workflow: A rule set based workflow gives the possibility for configurable case and procedure support, where we set up and maintain processes independently. In addition, the workflow gives an integration and automation of the processes so that they can be worked upon either partially or totally independent of the caseworkers’ involvement.
Control and spot check service: This service supports that a controller or random tester can build a number of populations based on random, risk-based or manual exceptions. When a customer is selected, a random test of the case handling can be made, or a control case can be automatically generated that contains a form for the input of the control document along with automatic/manual case handling afterwards.
Economic service: Economic service supports business processes with economic transactions. The service functions as a link between administrative processes and the economical system. Economical service covers and gathers recognised bookkeeping transactions and forwards transactions to the economy system. In addition, Economic service administers the gathered budget framework for the area.
Report service: The different business services can deliver information for the generation of both simple and advanced business intelligence, for example, production information in which case volumes and throughput are compiled with the relevant economical transaction.
Data post service: Data post allows documents and forms to be gathered in an envelope and then to send the envelope, for example via e-mail. The content of the envelope can be changed before sending, either automatically or manually.
