FormPipe Software has received a supplementary order for the ECM product FormPipe Platina from the Swedish Tax Agency. The order is valued at SEK 12 million.
“We are delighted to note that heavyweight public authorities are recognising the benefits of continuing their investments in our ECM products. We now have framework agreements in place with much of the public sector in Sweden, along with an extensive list of prospects. This bodes well for a strong finish to the year,” says Christian Sundin, CEO of FormPipe Software.
Of the total value of the deal, licence revenues in the amount of SEK 6 million will be booked as income for Q4 2011, while the associated maintenance revenues will be periodised throughout the contractual period.
