Today, Kammarkollegiet (the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) has signed the framework agreement in the Licence Provision 2010 public procurement process. FormPipe Software’s products are thus represented through five of the seven suppliers in the new framework agreement, which comes into force from today.

The ”Licence provision 2010” framework agreement replaces the previous "Software & Services 2007” agreement, which expired on 31 March 2011. Kammarkollegiet announced its contract award decision on 8 April 2011, but this was subject to review. This matter was dealt with by the Swedish Administrative Court, which on 4 July rejected the claim of the complainant supplier. In that the deadline for any further appeal has now expired, Kammarkollegiet has now signed agreements with the seven chosen suppliers in accordance with the original contract award decision.

– We are of course very pleased that the framework agreement is now in place. It has been frustrating for both us and the software suppliers, as well as for our customers within the public sector, says Christian Sundin, CEO of FormPipe Software.

– With the signing of this agreement, our products can be sub-ordered within the two most important framework agreements for us -”Licence provision 2010” and ”E-administration support services 2010”. These agreements have terms of 2+2 years and 4+1 year respectively, which means that the uncertainty surrounding the framework agreement that has impacted on our market in the last year has now been dispelled for the foreseeable future, continues Christian Sundin.
