The City of Malmö, through a public procurement process, has chosen FormPipe Software’s ECM-product FormPipe Platina. The initial order value for FormPipe Software is SEK 3.4 million. FormPipe Software’s partner, Visma, submitted the winning tender. Visma will also deliver the implementation project.

The decision notification of this public procurement process awards the order to Visma and FormPipe Platina. In accordance with the Swedish Public Procurement Act, a 10-day period of appeal now follows before the agreement can be signed. Revenue recognition of the licence (SEK 1.5 million) will be made in the fourth quarter and the maintenance revenue will be distributed over the period of the agreement.
