2024: A year of focus on artificial intelligence & innovation

At Formpipe, we have set ambitious goals to position ourselves as digital leaders, both internally and through our products. We ensure this in several ways.

Last year, we focused on employees' use of generative AI. We established a dedicated focus group that examines and discusses the role of AI in our workplace. The question of how to embrace AI is complex and requires consideration of security, quality, and ethical factors.

We cannot boast that AI is a fully integrated partner at Formpipe yet, but that doesn't mean we are resting on our digital laurels. We acknowledge the use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Bard in the broader tech landscape. And for example, Microsoft's Copilot has become an indispensable ally for many of our software developers, significantly improving the efficiency of code production.

Formpipe's new innovation department to support and inspire

Our curiosity and dedication to exploring and leveraging technological opportunities are undeniable. Similarly, we experience an openness to digital development when we speak with our partners and customers.

To accelerate and ensure a focus on AI possibilities, we have established an innovation department from the new year. This department will support and inspire the rest of the organisation on the AI front, ensuring that Formpipe remains at the forefront of the digital landscape and can continue to offer services and products that help our customers work securely and efficiently.
