Our all-inclusive banking solution helps Metro Bank uphold its commitment to providing excellent customer service. Driven by a mission to create lifelong customers, Metro Bank’s goal was to allow customers to open in-store bank accounts in just 15 minutes. 

However, the bank recognised it couldn’t afford a lengthy customisation programme, which would increase start-up costs. With a rapid expansion on the horizon, the solution needed to be replicated quickly for each new location. Temenos Transact, Lasernet and Autoform DM provided the solution.

Temenos Transact’s flow-enhancing sequential screens take the customers’ details and Lasernet creates the personal account opening approval letter for the customer to sign. Finally, Autoform DM automates the process of scanning and linking views of customers’ documents, photographs and signatures to aid transaction verification.

Cross Manufacturing simplified their complex reporting needs within Dynamics 365 by using Lasernet to integrate real-time data and legacy information. This gave them access to comprehensive and operationally-critical reports for their aerospace and automotive clients.

During their Dynamics 365 implementation, Cross Manufacturing realised that the out-of-the-box reporting solutions were insufficient for their needs. They required comprehensive operational reports to support their manufacturing environment, as well as customer-specific reports and output paperwork that included manufacturing traceability information. This necessitated the integration of data from Dynamics 365 with their previous and legacy ERP systems.

Cross Manufacturing determined that Lasernet was the optimal single solution, given its capability to access real-time information from both Dynamics 365 and legacy systems. Lasernet simplified the company’s complex reporting needs and improved reporting and document generation processes, allowing them to generate customer-specific reports and make better decisions on production sequences and scheduling.

Georg Jensen, a renowned Danish luxury goods and gifts manufacturer, was optimising processes and workflows and had identified paper invoices as one of the top 10 potential savings areas. At that point, the company sent 100,000 customer invoices yearly, and printing, envelopes and posting cost the company €5 per invoice, at a cost of €500,000 per year.

To switch to e-invoicing, Georg Jensen needed the right software partner with the expertise and personalised assistance to make the transition a success, and that’s where Formpipe’s Lasernet solution comes into the picture.

The company’s investment in the software paid off in less than six months. Georg Jensen waved goodbye to 70% of customer paper invoices, saving over €300,000 per year in the process. But that’s not all - implementing Lasernet meant the company could streamline other document work.

In October 2022, Formpipe and Capgemini Denmark secured a record contract with the Danish Agriculture Agency, focused on the digital operation and development of the platform handling EU support to Danish farmers.

The agency was looking for a supplier that could ensure a smooth operation by providing, implementing and maintaining software for the CAP-TAS platform, which administers applications and payments of EU subsidies to Danish farmers.

Through the strategic partnership, we’re creating the foundation for more efficient resource management, where technological improvements go hand-in-hand with sustainable solutions. By focusing on development and optimisation, we’re contributing to strengthening the Danish Agriculture Agency’s digital capabilities to support farmer’s important work.
