Formpipe and Lasernet now operate as independent organisations
As part of a strategic divestment, the Formpipe Public business is now operating independently from Formpipe Software AB.
With this change, Formpipe Public joins with Sikri AS to strengthen innovation and create better opportunities to meet the public sector’s future requirements for an efficient, transparent, and secure public administration.
The Lasernet business will remain a standalone, publicly listed company with the intention of changing the name to Lasernet Group at the Annual General Meeting later in 2026.
With this separation, there will be a carve out of shared assets including the website, social channels, and branding. In the coming months, there will be redirects as well as design and navigational changes to ensure that you reach the right organisation while this carve out is ongoing.
