Streamline the administration of the elected representatives in Platina
Platina is our document and case management system that’s currently used by many regions and authorities. The system is the core of the business and the connection to many of our optional products. In this case, this is also where the user finds the elected representative registry.
In the elected representative’s registry in Platina, the secretary can effectively administer instances, elected representatives, personal data, terms of office and assignments, as well as order in each instance. It is also possible to extract reports and administer permissions in Meetings Plus.
Update personal information and fill in or create your own forms in Portal Bas
Portal Bas is our platform for e-services, a publishing solution that easily can be integrated with a case management system where information is automatically recorded. In this case, it is built specifically for the elected representatives and their needs.
In the portal, an elected representative, can log in and administer personal information themselves. It is possible to upload a picture, enter an e-mail address and alternative telephone numbers, but also if people want and accept that the current information should be published to the public. GDPR requires that consent be given for the information to be saved and published. This can be done by the elected representative here.
From the same place, it is possible to fill in various forms, such as "request for travel allowance", "request for remuneration" and "request for compensation for lost earnings". It is also possible to create your own forms using the standard functionality in Portal Bas.
The forms are integrated with Platina, so when a report is sent in from an elected representative, a case is generated with current documents for further handling in Platina.
Publication of elected representatives in Meetings Plus web
The name Meetings Plus web speaks for itself, that it is a meeting manager. In addition to simplifying the secretary's and the elected representative’s everyday meetings, the solution contributes to transparency in the business as current information is published on the Meetings Plus web.
With the function "Publication of elected representatives", information about the elected representatives is published on Meetings Plus' public website. This gives the citizen further insight into the activities as information about instances, elected representatives, their party affiliation and assignments are available.
