Three portals – targeting users
TAS contains a sturdy, profuse basic module that covers a complete application and administration process which you, the customer, can enhance with several special modules to meet your needs.
The basic TAS module contains three portals: for applicants, case officers and administrators respectively. The appearance and ease of use of these portals are tailored to individual target groups. For applicants, the keywords are simplicity and overview, supplemented with efficiency and flexibility for the case-officer and administrator modules.
Out of the box, TAS supports many types of pools, funds and grants. As a result, the solution already supports procedures that are relevant to a great number of pools and funds, such as workflows adapted to your approval processes.
TAS contains many of the most common integrations that are used across Danish society. Validation of applicants with NemID (electronic identification system), integration with national personal and business identification systems (CPR, CVR/VAT and SKAT) and payments to NemKonto (secure personal bank account) ensure that the payment recipient is known and that the correct sums are going to the right recipients. And everything is connected to a well-integrated framework and financial management set-up to ensure everything is interconnected throughout the overall framework and the individual cases to keep the overall financial system under control at all times.
We take processing money seriously, therefore every transaction in the system is logged. Linking this to GDPR support gives you peace of mind whenever an auditor or inspector stops by.
