Formpipe’s Support Offering… Scaling Alongside our Solutions

As our product suite continues to expand, delivering new tools, features, and software changes, it is critical that our customers and partners are kept in the loop. As a result we've been scaling our support offering to include more training, documentation, and easy-to-follow guides for our users. Over the next six months, we’re excited to be bringing you new customer support initiatives dedicated to ensuring all of your support needs are met.

QuickStart Guides

We’re introducing QuickStart guides. These easy-to-follow and effective mini manuals aim to help users become familiar with our products as quickly as possible, offering concise step-by-step instructions on the core features and tools of our products. Perfect for customers who are often swamped with long to-do lists and little time for training.

FormBytes Video Series

As new features are developed and deployed with each product release, our FormBytes video series will endeavour to cover each feature and provide a detailed overview on how to utilise it in your product instance… all delivered in a ‘byte size’ video format.

Training

We are currently overhauling and expanding our training capacity, developing a variety of tools which will be available to customers/partners in the near future including extensive video guides and much more which we’re excited to announce in the near future.

Team Expansion

With the growing need to speed up the process of updating, along with the creation and maintenance of our documentation and videos, our support and technical publications teams are continuously expanding to cater for the wider scope of documents, videos and training materials.

Article Maintenance

In addition to new articles, documentation and videos, we are always updating our Knowledgebase articles ensuring all information on the Support Portal is accurate and up-to-date with the latest product releases.
