Lasernet’s document archiving and retrieval solution has entered a new chapter. Autoform DM is now Lasernet Keep and version 11.0 marks the first official release under its new name.
This is more than a simple rebrand. It is a significant step towards a unified Lasernet platform that brings generation, distribution, archiving and retrieval together under one identity.
For many organisations, Lasernet is already the central engine for document creation and output. Bringing Keep under the same banner makes it clear that document storage, compliance and retrieval are not separate concerns but part of one connected lifecycle. The new name removes product fragmentation and strengthens the message that Lasernet is a complete end-to-end platform for document management.
The renaming also paves the way for deeper alignment between modules and a more modern experience across the ecosystem. Version 11.0 is the first release to deliver on this direction. It introduces a new user interface, restructured navigation, updated configuration terminology and improved consistency throughout the application. This is the biggest step forward Keep has taken in years and signals the future of the Lasernet platform.
Let’s take a closer look at the improvements.
Search 2.0 is the centrepiece of this release. The interface is cleaner, faster and designed so users can view, filter, inspect and modify documents without switching between pages. Remote Search is now fully featured, with access to the same capabilities as standard Search, including document editing and column sorting, all in one place.
This brings a noticeable boost in day-to-day efficiency, especially for high-volume teams or users who frequently move between different datasets.
The new home screen provides direct access to creating searches, executing searches and uploading documents. Instead of navigating through menus, users can begin a task immediately from the dashboard, reducing unnecessary steps and making the most common actions instantly available.
The old Admin Screen has been replaced with a clearer sidebar navigation split across four logical categories: User Management, Archive Structure, Reports and Information, and System Settings. This structure makes the platform easier to learn and manage by grouping functionality in an intuitive way.
Version 11.0 marks the beginning of a new era for the Lasernet platform. It aligns naming across the portfolio, introduces a modern interface designed for productivity, and lays the foundations for future innovation in document storage, classification and retrieval.
For organisations familiar with Autoform DM, this release offers immediate improvements in usability, clarity and performance. For those exploring the Lasernet platform for the first time, Keep 11.0 showcases how archiving and retrieval fit naturally alongside document generation, distribution and compliance.
