Elected representatives always have the latest documents with them on their phone, tablet or computer. They can read, search, annotate and share ideas with party colleagues, arriving well prepared for the meeting. During the meeting, the same app is used for Meetings Live.

Meetings Live

Meetings Live enables meetings to be conducted digitally. Elected representatives check in, declare conflicts of interest, request the floor, submit motions and vote in the app while the meeting secretary manages the meeting. Afterwards, everything is automatically transferred to your case and document management system. This reduces administration and manual errors.

Digital notice board

Your municipality can easily meet its legal requirements for publishing public information. Notices are created and published automatically from your case and document management system, with links to the meeting, decisions and documents on the Meetings Plus website.

Preparation

The secretary creates the meeting in Platina or W3D3. The meeting notice and documents automatically become available in the app and on the website.

Before the meeting

Elected representatives read the documents, take notes and discuss with their party colleagues in the app.

The secretary starts the meeting in Meetings Live. Participants check in, declare conflicts of interest, request the floor, submit motions and vote directly in the app.

Attendance, votes and dissenting opinions are transferred back to Platina or W3D3. The minutes are published on the website and on the digital notice board.
