We're happy to announce that Formpipe's annual report for 2020 now is published in English.
Both for us at Formpipe and for the world at large, 2020 is going to the books as a remarkable year. Despite the challenges that arose in connection with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, we have managed to transform our organisation and deliver to our customers without interruption.
Sales for 2020 amounted to MSEK 403.1 (393.8) and the EBIT margin was 13.2% compared with 12.1% in the previous year. The percentage of recurring revenues increased from 58% to 63%, largely driven by a strong growth of Software as a Service (SaaS).
