By successfully leveraging Lasernet and Autoform DM, have Steel Warehouse addressed a variety of operational needs, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency across multiple use cases.

Invoice & External Document Management – Leveraging Lasernet’s OCR functionality alongside Autoform DM, Steel Warehouse ingested over 1TB of vendor invoices from their legacy archive into Finance and Operations.
Customer Portal for Documentation – Autoform DM replaced SharePoint to create a centralised platform, enabling customers to access both legacy and Dynamics 365 documents with ease.
Document Creation & Management – Lasernet replaced SSRS, providing a flexible form editor for building templates and managing complex documentation efficiently.
Labels & Barcodes – Using Lasernet, Steel Warehouse could design, edit, and adjust labels and barcodes. These were generated from Dynamics 365 data and routed to the correct printers via the Lasernet Connector.
Smarter Emails – By building rules within Lasernet, Steel Warehouse automated the use of contact addresses and purposes for vendors and customers, streamlining email communication.

Proficient in managing high-priority customer concerns, including media and BBB complaints, Michelle is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional white-glove experience. Michelle's journey with Lasernet commenced with a role in AX finance consulting, part of project teams working in AX2012 and D365 F&O. Gradually this evolved into specializing in the Lasernet Developer's Form Editor and the Lasernet AX Connector. This role allowed her to support many businesses in various industries with Lasernet - implementing transformative solutions tailored to address complex business requirements.

Serving as a Business Systems Analyst on the IT team of Steel Warehouse, Michelle is an integral part of the Applications team responsible for implementing D365 F&O across the organization.
