Lasernet Group Transition
Explaining the sale of the Public Sector business, the move to Lasernet Group, and where to find the right information going forward.
Why the Lasernet website and brand are changing
2025 marked a significant structural change for the business previously known as Formpipe Software AB.
Following the sale of the Public Sector business, the Formpipe brand will continue to be used exclusively for public sector products, services and information, and will no longer be associated with the Lasernet platform.
The remaining listed business, now fully focused on Lasernet, is moving forward under a new name: Lasernet Group.
This page explains what this means, why the websites are changing, and how to find the right information going forward.

What changed in 2025?
In December 2025, Formpipe Software AB completed the sale of its Public Sector business to Sikri AS, a platform company backed by STG.
That carve out included:
- The Public Sector products and operations
- The Formpipe company name and brand
As a result, from 2025 onwards:
- Formpipe refers only to the Public Sector business
- The Lasernet Group has been established to represent the publicly listed entity as well as to solely focus on the Lasernet platform and business
The listed company will formally change its legal name to Lasernet Group in 2026, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting. The full press release can be viewed here.
A clearer separation online
To reflect this change clearly and avoid confusion, the digital presence is being split across two websites.
formpipe.com
Formpipe.com is now the home of the Public Sector entity, including:
- Public sector products and services
- Public sector customer information
- Content related to the business sold in 2025
Any references to Formpipe from this point forward relate only to that Public Sector organisation.
lasernetgroup.com
Lasernetgroup.com is becoming the home of the Lasernet Group, including:
- The Lasernet platform and product information
- Customer and partner content
- Support portals and resources
- Investor relations for the listed Lasernet-focused entity
From early 2026, all Lasernet-related content will transition away from formpipe.com and live exclusively on lasernetgroup.com. Automatic redirects will ensure existing links continue to work.
The Lasernet Knowledge Base is not affected and remains available at kb.lasernet.online.
What is not changing?
Lasernet as a product
The Lasernet platform, its functionality and its roadmap are unchanged.
Customer and partner relationships
Existing contracts, agreements and delivery models continue without disruption.
Support and services
Teams, partners and support processes remain in place throughout the transition.
What you may start to notice

New technical documentation published from 1 January 2026 onwards will reference Lasernet Group. Older documentation will retain historical Formpipe branding.
