We are proud to announce that we have been successful in expanding the scope of our ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification to include the entire Private Sector of Formpipe.
The scope, which previously focused on our banking operations, now includes our ERP, Life Science and Legal products as well, officially spotlighting our continued commitment in making the security of our assets and data, and the data entrusted to us by our customers a top priority.
Mel Donaldson, Information Security Manager for the Private Sector, highlights the processes that were undertaken to achieve this successful outcome.
“We’ve reviewed the vulnerabilities and threats we face and have updated our policies and processes to take into account our current risks, remote working, use of cloud solutions, and business growth.
We’ve implemented new and reinforced existing controls to ensure the security of our assets and data, and the data entrusted to us by our customers, is the highest it can be. We also have a program of work to ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of our ISMS to continually improve our security posture.”
