As you may have seen, it was announced in December that after the completion of our Public Sector sale, the remaining organisation will be rebranded to the Lasernet Group. This new name reflects our commitment to growing the Lasernet platform; delivering real value to our customers in our Dynamics 365, banking, and ERP markets.
What does this mean for our customers, partners, and suppliers?
Honestly, not too much. We are continuing to grow and expand the Lasernet platform to deliver more value to our customers and partners. However, with any change, there will be some new items coming in the next few months we want to make you aware of:
Lasernet: The name, platform, and roadmap will not be impacted. However, the branding will change to reflect our new branding later in the year.
Website: formpipe.com will no longer be the home of Lasernet. Starting in early 2026 we will transition to a new website under the domain: lasernetgroup.com. We will also be moving our support portal and investor relations websites to lasernetgroup.com over the coming months too. Don’t worry, if you go to formpipe.com or search for us, you will be automatically rerouted to the right place. These changes will not affect our Knowledge Base that is currently available at kb.lasernet.online.
Technical Documentation: Any new documentation after the 1st January will reference Lasernet Group, and historical documentation will remain branded as Formpipe.
Email: You may start to see the occasional email from @lasernetgroup.com email addresses. Both mailboxes are being monitored and if you have any questions, please reach out to sales@formpipe.com. If you are a customer, partner or supplier, we recommend you add lasernetgroup.com to your email domain whitelist.
Social Channels: We will be changing the name of our social channels to reflect the new Lasernet Group name over the next few months. There is no need to change anything on your end, the channels you subscribe to will continue with the new branding. Our social media channel links can be found here.
Contracts, invoices, etc: There will be no change to existing contracts/invoices/etc. and new contracts will be in the updated Lasernet Group template.
New Brand: We have to keep some secrets. There is more to come soon - so keep an eye out on our website and social channels.
