BÜRGER selects Lasernet to drive output management efficiency and reduce cost
German food manufacturer, BÜRGER GmbH & Co. KG, has chosen the output management application Lasernet by Formpipe, as part of its SAP rollout, in a bid to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
The move to SAP and the Lasernet enterprise output management (EOM) application has replaced four separate systems including a rival output management software.

Solving legacy issues and making the business operate more efficient
With the introduction of new food information regulations the need to create a reliable, quick and simple label printing function was essential. Selecting an Enterprise Output Management (EOM) application capable of integrating seamlessly with the multiple ERP systems already in place was also key, as Stephan Melz, Head of IT, at BÜRGER, confirms:
