These Business Ethics are part of the Formpipe values and Resellers undertake to follow these. Formpipe may modify the Business Ethics for Resellers at any time.

1)  Do not express yourself in a negative way about Formpipe, its Affiliates, or the Formpipe Properties.

2)  Do not divulge information that can be damaging to Formpipe.

3)  Always act in a manner that gives a positive impression of Formpipe, its Affiliates, and the Formpipe Properties.

4)  Always behave in a correct and business-like fashion towards other Formpipe resellers.

5)  Always inform Formpipe if an End User registered by another Formpipe reseller switches to you.

6)  Do not question the work of other resellers in front of End Users; any differences must be solved “internally”.
